Done. Got everything back together without a great deal of effort. Tensioned the new belt before tightening the 19mm bolt. Made a fan pulley holding tool from a “J” hook and a pencil. Temporary, but now I have a template for a tool I can make at a later date.
Still got a little squeal on startup which sounds like the air pump based on the mechanic’s stethoscope. I may have to go to the pre-airpump engine belt and just eliminate the air pump. I’m done for the day, other than some cleaning up. Last big job will be the driveshaft center bearing and the front flex disc.
