The turbo allows more fuel to be burned per injector per rpm/2. So a turbo
motor is going to burn more fuel because it is capable of making more power.

The 210 is probably bigger, heavier, and less aerodynamic than the w124.
Anyone have numbers?

The w124 is definitely more attractive.
