Terminal 86 is the German label for power supply connection at the relay. I suspect the curtesy light relay, it's the usual failure. Draws a couple amps all the time when dead.
Never known it to blow the fuse though. Your lost wire could be pinched in the dash somewhere and grounded, too. That might be a chore to find.
