Thanks guys. Air chisel - that doesn't sound good, I don't have one of those....
Reading the FSM 35-050, a special tool is required to measure a dimension between left mount and a spot on the sub-frame, looks like MB wants the mounts to be flat to each other and perpendicular to the driveshaft?
