Since you say the water is clear and there are bubbles coming out of
fixtures, I would guess, as others have said, that it's a vent problem.

If you had a full or backed up tank, you would be getting sewage coming
up other places, especially something low like a shower drain.

Checking the vents is inexpensive. If that doesn't work, you can then
proceed to having the tank pumped.
