There is an old joke about a doctor who arrives home after a double shift only to find his basement flooded. The doctor calls an emergency plumber who arrives promptly. The plumber fixes the leak in about an hour and .hands the doctor a bill for $700. The doctor is floored by the cost and exclaims that even he (a doctor) doesn't make $700 an hour. The plumber shrugs and says that back when he was a doctor he didn't make that much either.
When you get right down to it, society needs plumbers, mechanics, farmers, teachers, trash collectors, etc. a lot more than it needs lawyers, bankers, stock brokers, government bureaucrats, etc. > -----Original Message----- > From: Buggered Benzmail via Mercedes > > You should follow Mike Rowe.
