Given the choice I would have no TV, but that’s not my call. I was surprised I could convince the spouse to cut the cord - Spectrum’s sudden price hike when we went off contract did the push for me. She’s happy as heck with what she has to watch now and even finds it easier to use than the cable box, which is icing on the cake. As long as she can watch what I refer to as her “murder porn” (like Discovery Investigation stuff) all is good.
No cloud storage for me, thank you, I want to control and own my data. I use my own router with my own custom firewall rules and proxy to keep things out and in based on my rules.
