It’s a device that acts as a TV tuner and DVR (with an external hard drive) that for over the air broadcast TV. I live less than 2 miles from the major antenna farm in the Tampa area, so I can get nearly every terrestrial station that’s broadcast in the area, around 70 channels, although only about half of them are even remotely worht watching. I bought a dual refurb for like $70, I think.
