You could probably get some paint mixed up and buy a cheap HF HVLP
sprayer set-up for less than farming it out, assuming you had a place to
set up little temporary spray booth .

Bumper covers for the 2004 and later models are different than earlier models.
You can get rear bumper covers for 2003 and earlier for a couple hundred bucks.
2004 and later are over $300.
1998-2003 rear bumper cover - $200 on eBay
2003-2005 rear bumper cover - $329 on eBay
