Reboot your win 7 computer to safe mode. Then find the option that lets you boot it to a previous date when it ran on Win 7. [should be a list of saved
times when it did backups...
The earlier boot backup will have the Win 7 key and run normally... from
that, recover the key.
Win 10 wants to take over, so when it installs it wipes out the registry,
thus your Win 7 key file to take over..
I hate everything Win 10 does. Personally, I intend to run Win 7 until its
wheels fall off..
Perhaps, by then.. "Win 12 or something will work"...
