There are actually survey stakes out there now but I guarantee he moved them. 
The lots are across from each other from one side of the road to the other. 
It’s not the most accurate way but we know exactly where the property line is 
for the house directly across the street from us and our stake is at least 5 
feet or more moved to our side. I should take a pic next time I’m over there.
