Where does all this animosity toward CA come from? I mean I live here, and there is plenty of crazy stuff going on, but I don't obsess about what is going on in other states.
For some reason people seem to enjoy slagging on California, even when they dont pay any taxes here. That seems weird to me. We are a federation of states. If 37 million people in a given state want to live a certain way or mismanage their finances or motor vehicle laws for whatever reason, it is their constitutional right to do so.
