I do not believe any car currently on the road has the physical ability
to output power through the Level 1 or Level 2 connections. I wouldn't
be surprised if Tesla could force update software to the cars to enable
it through the Level 3 (DC fast charge) connector. But whose home has a
Level 3 charge setup in the garage?
