I trust you are aware that the "government money" comes from the citizen
taxpayers. How much more are you personally willing to contribute by way
of taxes to pay for these programs where the government pays rent for
people etc? If you prefer that the government tax wealthy corporations
to cover these expenses, then get ready to pay higher prices wherever
you shop. There is no "free lunch". One way or another, we will pay.
