I bought one of those lithium jumper battery packs, thinking that would be a nice battery pack to take to the knackers for just such a thing. However, the pack I bought is 'smart' and needs to sense a discharged battery before it will provide any power. I'm not sure if it is looking for a voltage or a current (I suspect a current) and I haven't had time to play with it to figure out how to fool it. If I could purchase a spare 'smart' cable I would open that up and make it dumb. ------------- Max Charleston SC
