The 76 240D that I have that was my grandmothers has ever single service record
since new. This is the car I also took my drivers test in. Car has been sitting
since 1997 waiting for me to drop an engine in it after the old one was ran out
of oil. Why have I been putting this off? Anyway it was kind of funny in that
paperwork when the original owner bought it they had a piece of paper written
out detailing the cost of the w123 that was coming out at the time vs the cost
of this w115 and how much they would be saving.
They obviously ended up buying the 115.
