The special sealant is only available in northern climates and it is only
available during the winter months. It's called "snow" and works best when
applied with deep cloud cover that limits sunlight to 3 hrs per day.
"Snow" protectant is supplemented by use of "salt induced deep corrosion
additive" which causes cars to be parked inside all winter and only driven
during "High Mosquito season" .
