This should be an interesting thread. I have ZERO experience with travel jobs, so I really can offer you no constructive advice. I can offer advice from *life experience* if you would value that. I would take into consideration several things.
1. What effect would a new workplace have on your health? IIRC you had a very nasty pulmonary embolism attributed to sitting in airplanes. It's pretty hard to buy, work on and appreciate classic Mercedes when you are unhealthy. 2. What effect would a new job have on your family life? Happy wife, happy life and all that. 3. Where do you want to be in five years? Ten years? Is the job move in line with your long term goals? 4. What about retirement? Does either company have a 401k match? All I can think of for now.
