Exactly my point. At that time in my career I didn’t want to bounce around for a better deal unless I was satisfied it would be a long term gig. It’s also a PITA to be changing horses after a while, you always lose something in the deal no matter what. Might not be tangible, but the only way you gain is by sticking around for a while.
