If the circuit squealer doesn't work (you should have one anyway), maybe a metal-detector will? 'Gold-hunt' your way to the end of the conduit? Won't work if there's other conduit at the start point, unless you can open the wall enough to find out where it starts to go. Or if your building has metal studs.
But, what kind of load needs a 30A 220V (?) feed?
