My gas bill at the Flagstaff house is laughable. I don’t know why, but I’m not complaining. Gas furnace, range, demand hot water heater, dryer. Last month it was $82. That’s with 2-1/2 adults (the person living in the casita uses the dryer, but heat is a mini-split.)
The electric bill is another story, however. Since the mini-splits have been added it has approached the $200 mark. I’m not sure I’m on a good rate plan, though, either. APS has a bunch of different ones, and they don’t do a good job allowing you to compare.
