Go through PayPal.  They will require an "expert opinion" on company 
letterhead.  Then you take the dash to your local MB dealer and have them 
write a letter stating why the dash isn't in "excellent condition".  Fax the 
letter to PayPal and they will secure the funds to refund your money upon 
return shipment to the seller.  It's not too painful, but will take a few 
days.
