Complain to eBay, reverse charges on paypal, and seller may be booted from the site. Might even get cash back

Oh, I forgot to mention that the seller also has some rather nasty Negative Feedback, which should've been red flag enough. I screwed up royale on this
one.

Well, if finally happened...I got taken by an Ebay scheister. Let me
state at the outset that I screwed up and didn't do my homework here, but nevertheless, the item in question was not fairly represented. I've been looking for some time now for a newer dash to replace the cracked and faded
one in my TD. I thought I'd found it:

"Up for sale us a used complete dash panel from a 1992 Mercedes 300E. As you can see this item is in excellent condition, all mounting brackets are present while the top doesn't suffer from tears or rips. item was pulled
from a 1992 Mercedes 300E Please do additional research for additional
models and years Payment must be received within three days from the auction
end."

Sounds complete and excellent, huh? Wrong! This thing is tweaked,
badly. It's missing both the pieces of wood trim to the left of the
glovebox. There appears to be crash impact dents on the front edge of the top, while the lower edge is twisted and distorted, so that the glovebox
door won't open or close correctly; essentially this thing is $130 of
complete worthlessness. Upon closer inspection of the one photo in the ad, I can now see that the wood trim is missing, but at the time the phrase
"complete dash panel" obscured my vision--dumb, huh?

The seller hasn't returned my email complaints (they were cordial, I
promise), so what can I do now? I paid through PayPal, does that change anything? Like I said, I admit to not caveating my emptor enough, but the
seller also deserves some blame here, correct?

Do I have any recourse at this point?
