Fellow listers:

An opportunity has come my way to purchase a very special car that I have been chasing for a number of years. As such, I am looking to sell of a number of vehicles from my personal collection in short order. Pictures and more details for all vehicles listed below may be viewed on my website. Please contact me for more information offlist. Now onto the list:

1983 280se, gold/brown cloth, 131k miles, European model, automatic. R12 A/C, owner history known from day car left the factory, 3 owners total, rust free, dual zone klima, power sunroof, manual windows, Euro headlamps with adjusters, 15 hole wheels with good rubber, good front end, motor was recently replaced with 70k mile unit, 2 bar oil pressure at hot idle in gear. Car is quite peppy and nimble to drive. Have title. Best offer over $2600

1984 300d, European model with 5 speed (not a typo) manual transmission, non-turbo, white/blue cloth (under well made custom vinyl seat covers), power windows, power sunroof, factory tow package, SLS rear suspension (shocks need replacement to make operable), ABS brakes, 220k miles, working A/C, some rust that can easily be patched, very quick for a non-turo 300d, gets over 30mpg hwy, excellent oil pressure, Euro headlamps with height adjusters, transmission shifts smoothly with no issues. Have title. Best offer over $4250

1967 250s, maroon/blue, European spec, runs strong, 4 speed manual on the floor, good oil pressure, needs cosmetics but is a good 15 footer, would make an excellent early w108 driver, super reliable, never has let me down, has some rust, but nothing structural, solid and tight front suspension unlike most early cars, owned by me since 1997, Best offer over $2250

1971 280se, black/ saddle leather, 5 speed (not a typo) manual transmission, European spec, very strong runner, motor rebuilt with low mileage (have records) to the tune of $12k in 1994, runs and drives well, body has rust (rockers, rear quarters), but is still very savable, interior needs work, has/had many unusual options, power windows, power sunroof, fanfare horns (horns are gone), plus others, have records dating to 1986, car was imported to the US in 1994, gearbox is tight and shifts smoothly, no grinding or crunching. A very unusual w108 deserving of a complete restoration. Have title. Good luck find another one like this. Best offer over $4200

1978 300d, brown/ saddle, rust free w123, 382k miles, runs and drives, clear coat is peeling and it needs a glow plug relay, power windows, power sunroof, klima system seems to be working (air flow changes as it should to the vents, A/C needs to be charged). If you need a w123 shell this would be a great one to use to build something with, or paint it, perform a service and have a runner. Rust free, accident free w123s are getting hard to come by, plus this one runs and drives. Best offer over $1000

1977 300d, silver/black leather, three documented owners, Atlanta car since new, 215k miles, books and records, European delivery car, rust free with exception of few small bubbles just above rear bumper, was in a minor accident, hood was affected (see pictures) have good hood to go with car, beautiful all original paint, car was garage kept until 2000 and it shows, passenger seat bottom needs to be repaired (have repair panel), new A/C compressor, transmission failed and has been scrapped, injection pump has been removed. Have a rusty 1978 300d parts car (runs and drives) with 238k miles on it that would make a fabulous driveline donor for this 300d. Selling both together for $1500 or just the '77 for $700.

1986 190e 2.3-16, smoke silver/black leather, 5 speed, rust free, mechanically this car has been rebuilt, completely rebuilt motor with new pistons, bearings, gears, chain, etc (all genuine MB), rebuilt head with mild head work, fresh clutch, rebuilt suspension front and rear (struts, spheres, multilinks, etc), working SLS, new injectors, Evolution 2 wheels with excellent tires, smooth gearbox, recent rear wheel bearings and subframe mounts, motor has 2.8 bar oil pressure at hot idle, runs a consistent 82 deg. C in hot Atlanta traffic, stainless racing straight pipe exhaust with new muffler, also have stock factory exhaust, new oil cooler lines, power sunroof needs a cable, A/C works, European Hella headlamps with height adjusters, over $15k spent not counting hundreds of hours of labor. Car was built with desire to race. Saw track time at Road Atlanta during the Mitty race weekend of this year. Car proved to be a strong runner, very sticky, and up to the task at hand. Keep it as it is for a fabulous street fighter or install the needed safety equipment and go racing. ODO shows 183k and is non-op. The car would benefit from a throttle butterfly position sensor for smoother acceleration. This is one of the fastest and best handling 2.3-16s I have ever driven. Repairs were performed no expense spared. Too many parts installed to list. Driver's interior door panel needs repair, split seam in top of back seat, split seam in driver's seat back. A few dings here and there, not a concours car, but a super solid runner that is more than presentable cosmetically. Clear title. Reluctant to sell. Will consider offers over $12.5k I will not sell for less, so please don't ask. No joyrides.

If you took the time to read through all of these, thank you. All vehicles are being sold as is where is. Please feel free to contact me with your inquiries. I have email access Monday through Friday during business hours.

Best regards,
