Yup. Always check the rim to see which side has the short "step". I usually use dish soap. I have a spray bottle with water and soap to aid leak checking - but I usually use straight soap, or up to a 1:1 mix when mounting a tire - or dismounting one I want to keep. Bead breaking and bead seating has always been the hardest part for me. Wish _I_ had a Mog... -- Philip, to cheap and picky to let others do my tire mounting
