What are the warning signs of a bad/dieing Rack Damper Bolt? If I have one, need to know how to tell if it's bad. Man! This is getting complicated!
I always thought it was a loping idle. Or, if too tight, weird starting characteristics. (Due to the rack not moving to where it ought.)
