I have never seen one of those belt-driven vacuum pumps. Ours are all cam-driven from the front of the injection pump. If you did have a belt-drive vacuum pump, of course it would need oiling. That page is for the 115.01X car, which is a gasser. Don't know why one of those would need a vacuum pump, unless it was a booster like my Falcon has. (For the windshield wipers.) -- Jim
