So sorry about the car. That is sort of thing that I am sure all of us worry about with our much loved cars. Frustrating as it is to discover the limits of actual 'enforcement' [I caught someone breaking into my car and got a description, plate #, abandoned tools and hair sample stuck to the mirror - all the cop wanted was to know who to send the report for insurance], I have been in enough other places to be happy that I am here.
