I still pine for a pristine '79 German-built four door.
Gas or Diesel? That would be quite a nice one to have in either flavor. When did they switch over from being German built to being built in the USA/Mexico? My memory says 1980 although the Rabbit/Cabriolet convertibles were all built in Germany.
