You set it outside run it up and let it set all day. 150 psi is not going to
blow anything up, but I would not want to be standing in front of the relief
valve or drain plug if it blew out.

As for the ratchet I have one, but I find I use my 3/8" butterfly impact a
lot more than the ratchet. The only time I use the ratchet is for a long
bolt that I cant get the butterfly too. The ratchet is slow, and not strong
enough to break anything loose with air pressure alone.
