My dad has a 3/8" pneumatic impact ratchet that's done lots of work in those places where a conventional inpact (butterfly?) won't fit. It's a name brand tool although I can't remember the brand, and he got it used from a friend about 20 years ago. It is still working well, but that $9.95 HF cheapie would be a good investment for me.
