The best pizza I have ever eaten was from the "Blue and Gold" [local HS colors] combination pizza parlor and hair cut store - and yes, they kept the two very separate. Husband was a barber, wife completely hand made the dough [with a commercial mixer, of course] and put the pizzas together with fresh good ingredients and about 4" of mozzarella. Have not been back to Veedersburg, IN for decades, but I still remember those. Never had another even close. BillR Jacksonville FL, but 12 years in the frozen wastelands of Indiana.
