They were available 6 yrs ago.  Call stealer and ask.  Mine came via Caliber
Motors in CA.

If you have a good one, you may be able to salvage enough cylinder pins from
your bad one and a salvaged one to make up another matched one by careful
filing of longer pins, etc.
