No, only a subset of glean is imported into piglit.

They're really separate projects.  The glean project also has a number 
of tools for analysing and comparing test results which piglit does 
not have, for example.

Yeah, I've tested with a few NVIDIA drivers/GPUs in the past and they 
fail this part of the cubemap tests too.
