Hi Jim,

Sorry for the late answer, I was away for a while.

The sunrise and sunset are computed using the lat/lon, not the timezone. 
The timezone is used to write the output of the roadcast in local time.

Try it with different time-zone and will see that the output is not 
changed, only the local time of the roadcast.
