Any chance we can set up a NAT to let people get out, or is that a violation
of local security policy? (Don't want to get anyone in trouble)

Obviously, NATing people out has no security implications if handled properly, but in "Marist-la-la-land" its approximately equivalent to spraypainting the sidewalk.

> Their monitor (with tech specs if possible -- synch rates, etc...)
Keyboard, mouse, power cords, etc.

Can we get some of these in common to share for the event?

Only thing about that is when we configure X for a 800x600 monitor with a vsynch of X and a horizsynch of Y, then they go home and their monitor explodes...
Keyboards/mice/etc sure, we can get common pieces. Its just so small I figured it might be easier...

though if there were some we could get access to on campus, that would be
even nicer.

We might be able to borrow some equipment...but not much. Technically no we cant do anything, since the only place we could normally take from is the big labs. But I have access to the data comm lab just down the hall, and we could borrow stuff from there.
