Well I don't know about their phone or email support because I haven't had 
to use them; however in terms of their online support on their site (the 
support that I do use), this particular board is now on it's 14th BIOS 
release in a 1.5 year timeframe.  [That's a good thing.  Most motherboard 
manufacturers upadte the BIOS fairly seldomly and only for major issues.]  
This board is obviously still getting support -- the latest BIOS release was 
released today.
