Here's what I did:
Terminus - set serial properties to 115,200 baud, 8-N-1, serial.device
(you have the duart.device, IIRC, which maybe where you are having
problems).
Win95 - install null modem cable (or direct cable connection, whatever it
is called), set modem speed to 115,200, 8-N-1 AND set port speed (in
device manager) to 115,200, 8-N-1 (the port speed can be set in both
places, but I do not recall if the bit pattern can).
Open hyperterminal, and set up properties using the null modem modem (set
speed to 115,200 if you can; note that I do not have the NT system on at
the moment, so I cannot check).
Dial from your Amiga. Click Connect on the IBM. Type something on either
system, and you should see the text on the other. If not, something isn't
configured correctly. If the connection stays open, use Zmodem (on the
transfer menu, I think, in Hyperterminal) to transfer files.
Note that you can download a newer version of hyperterminal from the
company that makes it (it is not a MS product), and that might help.
