If all you want to do is transfer files, use a communications program on
the Amiga side, and Hyperterminal on the Windows side.  Hyperterminal
supports Zmodem, and if your Amiga comm program supports it (most do), you
have your file transfer capability.  No need to deal with Miami or Remote
Access on the Windows side.

(And yes, I did successfully transfer a file doing this.)
