If you don't mind doing the actual FTP from the Windows end, there is a
useful shareware program called Windows Commander, which you can
download and use for free. It is somewhat like DOpus 4, and makes
Windows much more usable, IMO.

At the Amiga end, you need AmiFTPd, a shareware program by Ray Akey. You
can do a command in MiamiDx to run this automatically on startup.
