I have an ethernet card in each computer.
With just two computers, you can use BNC connectors.
On the Amiga, I registered AmiFTPd by Ray Akey. This allows me to send
files back and forth by FTP. On the PC I use Windows Commander (free
shareware). I use MiamiDx to make the Amiga act as an Internet gateway
for the PC.
If you want to be more elaborate you can set up Samba, which gives
printer sharing.
It's also possible to connect using serial or parallel cables, but
results are very slow.
