The easiest way is to go get a multi-port ethernet hub ($30 or less in most
cases) and connect both the Amiga and PC to it. The ADSL modem would then
connect to the "Uplink" port on the hub. Both systems would then have
access to the ADSL modem, and by way of DHCP would each have a different IP
address. This is how I have my systems here setup, though I do have static
IPs now for all machines. This has the advantage of being able to work in a
LAN environment as well, and not need to have multiple ethernet boards in
each system, or the need for a serial/parallel link between the two either.
