[Miami] MiamiDx registration, DNS Server?

Hi.  Has anyone heard from Holger anytime at all lately?  I am trying to register my 
copy of MiamiDx and can't get keyfiles out of him or NordicGlobal.  Has anyone heard 
anything or had the same experience lately?  I'm sure that he's really busy at REBOL, 
but I have already paid by CC, too. . . .:(  Just wanna get more webservers online, 
and his 'auto-reg' server doesn't seem to be online, can't get that part of 
MiamiRegister to work, you end up having to send in the file via email and then just 
wait . . . .

Second question - has anyone (or is it even possible) to set up a Miami/MiamiDx Amiga 
as a DNS Server?  Just curious.
