I got my keyfiles like 6 or 7 weeks ago, paying by CC, but no interaction
with Holger. I have recently emailed him because I had to patch MiamiDx to
make it work with my ADSL service, but didn't get a reply either...

Yes, there are several name servers available on Aminet:
bind-4.9.2.lha comm/tcp 90K Bind4 nameserver for AmiTCP v1.0 beta
named.lha comm/tcp 9K Dumb caching name server for AmiTCP
named043.lha comm/tcp 9K Nameserver for AmiTCP; handles T_A and
T_PTR
NameServer.lha comm/tcp 28K Dump Caching Name Server for
Miami/AmiTCP/Ge
(some are "for AmiTCP", but they should work with Miami/MiamiDx)
