Now if you've been billed and your purchased product isn't working you may
have a small claims issue, based on cost. If there are bugs, etc, ditto.
I don't think he's obligated to add new functionality or anything.
I don't see where you are owed anything other than the product you knowingly
bought. Not one communication from the author is "owed" to anyone. When I
signed up to the list I don't think I saw anything that said Holger would
get on the list and answer questions, but I could be wrong.
It seems funny that people who are using a free download or are using a
product that works as advertised are upset.
I'm more upset that the author of M.U.L.E. won't release that old gem to the
Public Domain.
