Cost has nothing to do with a small claims issue. (Go to my web site
www.realpix.com and read about my court fight with my landlord over
$9.65 they tried to evict me for (their admitted mistake).

He is not - but then if you bought the product on the representation
there would be further updates than that is a different story.
