There is an easy way around this. The ISP says: "a server is whatever we say a
server is".
My ISP has a clause in the user agreement which basically says: "whether an
action is abuse of the network will be determined by us" - so at what point
does my usage become abuse? I have no idea. I live in constant fear of my
account being terminated.
