ArtSer.device is freely distributable and found on Aminet. In fact, it
was Holger Kruse, himself, who told me about both ArtSer and 8n1. He told
me that, depending on the overall configuration of an Amiga setup, the
particular device driver which would work can vary. He further said that,
generally, his internal device driver worked the best as the substitute for
"serial.device," but, that it was not always the case. He even said that,
sometimes the Amiga's own "serial.device" might run better.
