In Visio 4, Visio add two products that extended the features in the
standard version of Visio; Visio Professional and Visio Technical. Though
aimed at two different audiences, there was always requests for upgrading
from Pro to Pro/Tech or Tech to Tech/Pro. With one of the latest versions of
Visio, Visio Technical was dropped and it's content was rolled into Visio
Pro.
