Hi,
It looks like the number of the library got incremented to 2.1.2, but
the change was not reflected in the %files section of the spec file. The
previous version of the library was probably in place on the packagers
machine, so it got packaged without any errors, and actually I think the
error message only shows up while compiling the SRPM on a machine where
no midgard_lib was installed before. Anyway, I think the RPMs on the
download pages do not really contain the upgraded library.
